Camp UniStar is on Star Island in Cass Lake, near the town of Cass Lake, MN. The maps below show where Cass Lake is in Minnesota, and where the camp is relative to the town.

 The town of Cass Lake is on US 2, which connects Duluth and Grand Forks. Cass Lake can also be reached from St. Cloud via US 10 and MN 371.

 Campers reach UniStar by crossing Cass Lake on the Northstar, a Coast Guard approved covered pontoon boat, which has three scheduled departures on the Saturday afternoon of each camp week at 2:30, 3:45, and 5:00 pm. If you live in the Twin Cities, or northern Minnesota please try to take the earlier trips, leaving room later for those coming from farther away. The half-hour trip begins from Sail Star Marina, which is located about five minutes northeast of the town of Cass Lake off Highway 2. On the following Saturday morning, the Pontoon ferries campers back to the Marina. The cost of these trips is included in the camp fee.
